The winery that our Yarra Valley Shiraz comes from is one of the older and more prestigious vineyards in the region, and run by a man who knows his Shiraz! Pepper and spice are the hallmarks of Shiraz from the YV, and while our wine is a little lighter than the norm, it doesn’t skimp on flavour. It begins with plums on the nose, has lovely ripe blackberries in the mouth, and finishes with very fine and approachable tannins and an interesting savoury edge. This is our everyday red- great value for money, wonderfully easy to drink, versatile with food and perfect for mid-week quaffing.
