While most of the Riesling winning praise at the moment hails from cooler climes such as the Clare and Eden Valleys and the beautiful vineyards of Tasmania, something must also be said for those from warmer regions, such as our Riverland and Barossa version. Rieslings from warmer climates like this naturally have softer acidity and a more approachable sweetness than their cool-climate cousins, and our wine is no exception. It is a very floral, perfumed style with a very soft finish, perfect for those who don’t want their whites super-dry! Serve it very chilled with a fruit platter… and this wine will get better the day after opening- no joke!
